Horizontal Take-up Unit of the SG-MS Series

The horizontal take-up unit of the SG-MS series, due to its advanced horizontal axis, winds all types of wire on collapsible and solid cast coils with the diameter of 400 to 1800 mm.

The movable platform moves together with pneumatic pins to ensure quick replacement of the coil and ease of removal from the winding device, the main motor, through the implementation of its own software, can be adjusted from any point of the wire drawing line.

The SG-MS series horizontal take-up unit is equipped with high-speed drive to achieve row laying at speeds of up to 40 m/s. and the additional filtration system, which in turn ensures not only the quality of the products, but also leads to the absence of dust at the Customer's production site.
