Mechanical Descaling Unit

The roller mechanical descaler of Sket-group of the SG-RS series is universally adaptable to any tasks of the Consumer and can be modified for any range of products, namely:

The roller mechanical descaler uses eight rollers with tungsten carbide on the working surface. If necessary, up to twelve rollers can be installed in the bending unit. The arrangement of the rollers allows for bending of the wire rod in mutually perpendicular planes with motorized adjustment of the bend angle.

The design of the rollers is combined, and consists of the body made of hardened alloy steel with tungsten carbide on the working surface. The carbide insert ensures the performance of the rollers for more than two years.

At the bottom of the descaler there is a trolley with a removable hopper (manually or using the transport loader) for scale collecting.

The Sket-group SG-RS series mechanical descaler surpasses all manufacturers on the market in its technical characteristics due to its universal design and effective removal of scale in the wire rod range from 5.5 to 24 mm, depending on the carbon content.
